Guided Relaxation in Savasana

Here is a special treat for you! In the following video, I lead you through a 7 minute guided relaxation in savasana.

Some ways to use this guided relaxation:

  • after your daily yoga practice
  • as a transition when you get home from work or school in the afternoon or evening
  • after dinner, before relaxing for the evening
